    event terms & fees

    • SET UP:  8:00 AM on Thursday, October 2
    • TEARDOWN:  No later than 12:00 PM on Sunday, October 5
    • FOOD VENDOR FEES:  10% gross sales
      • Gross sales must be reported daily to Pit Stop Park organizer
      • Payment is due at the end of each day
      • Submit daily sales report by 10:30 PM each night
      • Event staff may request verification of POS system totals
    • ELECTRICITY:  Must provide your own electrical needs
    • DEPOSIT:  $50 deposit is due with signed contract (will go toward 10% gross sales
    • CANCELLATION:  Any cancellations after September 20 will forfeit deposit
    • REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: (due with contract)
      • Business License
      • Mobile Food Permit or Inspection Certificate
      • Certificate of Insurance
      • Fire Inspection
      • Copy of DL

    By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with all event rules, city/state regulations, and health/fire safety standards. I understand that I must provide all required documentation for approval and submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a food truck vendor, and acceptance is subject to review and approval by the Pit Stop Park team.
